This is the Sea Rover. Paid cash to a non-profit here in Hawaii. After 10 years as an apartment with an ocean view she has seen fairer times. I've since gone up the mast to replace the spreader.UPDATE: 06/24/2013
The non-profit was a scam. Not a good story so I'm leaving out the details. Lesson learned - be careful with whom you trust.
This is one of the reasons I bought her. Biggest rigging I've seen on any of the boats I looked at.
